Respecting Your Reserved Appointment Time

When you book an appointment at Beam & Bare, that time is set aside just for you. To provide high-quality, uninterrupted care, and keep our services accessible and cost-effective, we depend on clients attending their scheduled appointments as planned.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

• Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours' notice): May incur a fee of $100 per hour scheduled, or the full service fee, whichever is lower.
• Missed / No-Show Appointments: Will be charged $100 per hour scheduled, or the full service fee, whichever is less.

We understand that unexpected circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or last-minute work obligations, can occur. While we'll always do our best to reschedule you promptly, please note that cancellation fees may still apply, even in these situations.

• Your time
• The prepared provider and resources reserved for your care
• And other clients who may have needed that appointment
